New product guarantee
Try it before you trust it with real calls.
Yapper is new, so we are still earning our first public customer reviews. The product is live now with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required to start a trial. You can test the receptionist before forwarding your real business calls. If something does not fit your business, email me directly and I will help fix it or tell you honestly if Yapper is not the right fit.
Each plan includes a monthly minute allowance. On monthly plans, minutes beyond the allowance cost $0.75 each and appear on your next invoice. After 300 extra minutes in one month, answering pauses until the next month or until you upgrade, so a busy month cannot run up an open-ended bill. We email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance.
Choose by call duration, not just call count
Illustrative usage: 50 calls averaging three minutes use 150 minutes and fit within Starter. 100 calls at three minutes use 300 minutes and fit within Pro. 200 calls at three minutes use 600 minutes and exceed both published allowances; contact us about fit before signing up. Actual call duration determines usage.
Pricing questions
Is there a sale on Yapper right now?
Launch sale: the first 10 customers pay $99/month for Starter for their first 12 months, then $199/month. Monthly billing only. Checkout applies the sale price while spots remain.
What happens when I use the included minutes?
Each plan includes a monthly minute allowance. On monthly plans, minutes beyond the allowance cost $0.75 each and appear on your next invoice. After 300 extra minutes in one month, answering pauses until the next month or until you upgrade, so a busy month cannot run up an open-ended bill. We email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance.
Does Yapper book appointments directly in a calendar?
Yapper captures appointment requests and can text your booking link. It does not write directly to your calendar or dispatch system. You or your scheduling tool confirm the visit and arrival time.
Is emergency transfer included in Starter?
Yes. Both Starter and Pro include emergency detection and transfer to your configured phone number. Enable transfers and check the destination in settings. Arrival times and the response to a service request remain your responsibility.
Do annual plans include a monthly minute allowance?
Yes. Annual Starter is $1,990/year with 200 minutes each month. Annual Pro is $3,490/year with 500 minutes each month. The annual price is paid for the year; it is not a monthly installment or unlimited usage.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
7-day free trial with 50 minutes of answered calls. No credit card required to start. If you use the 50 minutes or reach day 7 without adding billing, call answering pauses and you will not be charged.
What are the payment and refund terms?
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually after you add billing. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or for duplicate or erroneous billing. No prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
