Spend two or three minutes here. It's the most important step. The better your info, the better your AI will sound on a call.
Step 3: Pick a plan
Two plans. Starter is $199 a month. Pro is $349 a month. The difference is call volume and a few advanced features like calendar integration.

Step 4: Forward your calls
This is the part people worry about, and it's actually the easiest step.
Yapper gives you a phone number. You set up call forwarding on your existing business line so that calls forward to that number. On most phones, it's a three-digit code followed by the number. On most VoIP systems, it's a setting you toggle in the admin panel.
Yapper walks you through the exact code for your carrier. If you're on Verizon it's one thing, if you're on a landline it's another. It's one step, 30 seconds.
Now, when someone calls your business, it rings your line first. If you don't pick up in three rings, it rolls to Yapper. You never miss a call again.
Step 5: Test it
Call your own business from your cell phone. Don't answer on your business line. Let it roll to Yapper.
